All the traditional bench top styles are available from Built-Rite BR Inc. The workhorse wood composition, economy, plastic laminate, steel, and maple all can be purchased as a stand-alone item. If you’re only looking to replace an existing work surface, you have found the right source.

Weight capacities of 200 lbs per square foot (evenly distributed) are the standard of these bench tops. Contact us with your application, and we will recommend the right top for the job. Some styles are available in sizes from 12” x 18” to 60” x 144” and everything in between. We also offer maple locker benches and type 304 stainless steel on request.

Wood Comp Particle Board Core

Our 1-3/4" thick wood comp has a 45 lb industrial grade P.B. core sandwiched between super high-density particle board, 3/8" thick top and bottom. Traditional style is banded on all sides with lumber, sanded smooth, and sealed to resist liquids.

Economy Top Particle Board Core

This low-cost work surface is 1-1/4" thick with 45 lb industrial grade P.B. core beneath a tempered hardboard, 1/8" thick top. Not recommended for high humidity environments.

Plastic TM Particle Board Core

1-1/4" thickness and 45 lb industrial grade P.B. core come standard with this bench top. The top is a high pressure laminate and the back an impregnated paper. Corners come rounded and edged with vinyl. Standard colors and patterns are stocked, or choose from over 200 others.

Plastic SE Particle Board Core

1-5/8" thick with a 45 lb industrial grade P.B. core, this bench top uses high pressure laminate on the top and sides, with an impregnated paper backer, and 90 degree corners and edges. Standard colors and patterns are stocked, or choose from over 200 others.

Maple "Butcher Block" Solid Wood Laminated Strips

Rely on 1-3/4" thick, rock-hard edge grained Maple strips laminated together through the WoodWelded process. These benches are finished with Durakryl 102 and available in three edge styles - standard, bullnose, and straight.

Maple Locker Bench Solid Wood Laminated Strips

1-1/4" thick, rock-hard edge grained Maple strips laminated together through the WoodWelded process assure durability and strength. All corners and edges come machined with a 3/8" radius. Durakryl 102 finished benches are 9-1/2" wide and available in lengths of 24" - 180".
